Apollo-Rida Poland holds an investment portfolio of real estate property with combined GLA in excess of 1m square meters worth in excess of EUR 1.7bn. Our largest projects, which were real milestones in the development of the Polish real estate market, were the acquisition of Warsaw Trade Tower, the then tallest office building in CEE, in 2002 and the takeover of the portfolio of 28 commercial real estate properties, including nine M1 centers from Metro AG in 2006.

Funds managed by Apollo-Rida Poland have closed the acquisition transaction of Buildings A, B and C in the Equal Business Park scheme developed by Cavatina Holding. The advisor to the acquiring party was the JLL Capital Markets team.
